Fire-extinguishing mechanism
Changing combustion quality of substances
    M1 plants active flame retardant agent contains a certain content of compound flame-retardant active substances. Since these substances have the capability of changing combustion quality of other substances, they can produce strong affinity with combustion substances quickly when they contact with combustion substances, and then make chemical realization to achieve penetration and emulsification. Whilst making double penetration and emulsification, the compound flame-retardant active substances are melted in the emulsified substances, and thence their original combustion quality is changed, which make these substances lose their combustibility and inflammability, and finally become the nonflammable, fire-retardant and nonflammable substances. Just like this, the change in the combustion quality of substances causes the combustion to cease.
Dilution and combustion suppression
    M1 plants active flame retardant agent is not only the flame-retardant substance, but also has the dual function of dilution and flame retardance. When supply strength of fire-extinguishing agent meets the combustible concentration needed by dilution and flame retardance or intensity of combustion drops to the combustion limit or below, flame extinguishes.
Heat absorption and temperature reduction
    Water is the major component of M1 plants active flame retardant agent. Since the specific heat of water is 1cal/g, when 1L water evaporates and gasifies, it will absorb 539kcal heat and its volume will expand 1,720 times; when water steam is 30% of combustion space or cools to the temperature less than flash point or ignition point of combustion substance, combustion may cease automatically.
Film-forming closure
     Active substances and film-forming substances added into M1 plants active flame retardant agent are very sensitive to temperature and are easy to polymerize and form different films in the circumstances that combustion substances, substance temperature and substance's interface tension changes, these various films (such as foam film, adhesive film, coking film, and compound film) cover the surfaces of combustion substances and play the role of oxygen and heat insulation; since these films closes combustible vapor, cuts of heat transfer, combustion is thence forced to stop and cease finally.

Advantages
Environment-friendly and non-toxic property
    Original flame retardant agents are toxic and hazardous; moreover they may not only cause secondary pollution after being used, but also affect the body health of fire fighters and bring a big difficulty to clean. Whichever it is the ambient environment or the external emission, original flame retardant agents may cause great hazard to human being. As a completely different product, M1 plants active flame retardant agent is non-toxic (see the Inspection & Test Report), and can be easily cleaned after being used (can be used as the cleaning agent) and will leave nothing after being cleaned. Even its drainage to sewer can clean the greasy and make sewer become unblocked, and its drainage to river and water can eliminate dirt inside without causing damage to environment.
High-efficiency fire extinguishment
    Due to the above properties, M1 plants active flame retardant agent can extinguish fire at a quicker speed than usual products, especially for large-scale fire. According to the experiment (fire in 1,000 t oil tanks, 50m2 gasoline pool, 1,000t oil well, 100m2 crude oil), the fire-extinguishing speed of M1 plants active flame retardant agent is 10 times or above of others.
Good compatibility for equipments
    M1 plants active flame retardant agent applies to all foam extinguishers and water extinguishers without needing to change existing equipments. Whichever it is the foam nozzle, fog-type nozzle, water sprinkler or water sprayer, the product can give full play to its functions.
